PreeceBanking ("the Service") is a private, self-hosted application operated by an individual ("the Operator") for the sole purpose of retrieving and viewing the Operator's own bank account information. The Service is not offered to, and may not be used by, members of the public. By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service connects to the Operator's own bank accounts through Enable Banking's account information services (AIS) under a consent that the Operator grants and may revoke at any time. It retrieves account and transaction data for personal record-keeping and financial overview. It does not initiate payments and does not move money.
Access is restricted to the Operator. No third party is granted an account, login, or right to use the Service. The Operator is responsible for keeping access credentials and server secure.
The Service depends on Enable Banking and on the relevant banks. Their availability, accuracy, and terms are outside the Operator's control. The Service is also subject to Enable Banking's terms and to each bank's terms of access.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Data shown may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and must not be relied upon as a definitive financial record; the bank's own statements remain authoritative.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is the one published at this URL.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
